Wow. Wow wow wow.
On Saturday, I sent out a message to my email list with a blog survey in it. When I hit send, my hope was for maybe a couple responses. Mostly ones like, “Your blog is nice,” or “Good stuff,” or even just “Yeah, it’s okay.”
I did not expect 45 people (and counting) to take the time to complete my little survey. I didn’t anticipate how much helpful feedback I would receive. And I definitely had some self-esteem issues, because no way did I expect the kind words that would come from you guys.
I think you are doing exceptional
You are real and genuine and that’s hard to find
You use your gifts for good!
I still follow the blog because of the enriching content. It leaves your followers and readers hungry for more.
I love the vibe it gives off!! I like to see/read things that help encourage others to be the best they can be
killing it. thankful for the truth and vulnerability you put out into the world, it’s work
Guys, what in the actual world?! Sometimes when I post, it feels like throwing things out there into the void. I’m not sure if anyone is reading it, or if it makes a difference to anyone but me. This is incredibly encouraging, and it motivates me to keep going, and to make things even better this year.
If you too would like to take a minute to fill out the survey, to help me out, to participate in making What You Make It a place you want to keep coming back to, I would so appreciate it. It takes about 3 minutes to complete, you don’t have to fill out everything if you don’t want to, and there’s a $20 Starbucks gift card in it for at least one lucky winner. (Although at the rate it’s going, I may need to up that to two or more.)
As always, though, I just want to say: THANK YOU for ANY way you support this blog. Whether you follow on social media (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, or Twitter), comment on a post, share something, click something, purchase something, “like” a post, or even just take a minute to scan the latest note, it means a lot.
